Kaila Martin, vocalist and bass guitar player for The Bradys, is graduating a year early, with Honors!
Kaila began traveling on the road at the age of 13 and had to juggle her studies between road life and a part time evening DJ job at WVOB radio, yet she managed to maintain an “A” average and is graduating a year earlier than is required!
The success of The Bradys current single, “Might Go Home Today” featuring Kaila, is a wonderful Graduation gift within itself.

Seth Bunting, of Danville, West Virginia, was named the overall winner of the third annual Southern Gospel talent contest at last week’s Coalfield Jamboree in Logan, West Virginia. The contest, hosted by Dignity Hospice, is an annual fund raiser for the non-profit organization.
Mike Collins, Dignity Hospice public relations coordinator and contest emcee said, “I was blown away by Seth’s vocal ability, but his stage presence and overall professionalism was just amazing. I believe he could have a wonderful future as a Gospel singer and entertainer.”Thirty artists from West Virginia, Kentucky, and Ohio performed Southern Gospel songs at the remodeled historic MGM Theatre in hopes of winning a Nashville recording contract from the Eddie Crook Company. Dave Wilcox, president of the ECC, was one of the talent contest judges. About the winner, Wilcox said: “I wrote on his scoring sheet, before knowing he’d won, that he would be dangerous when he turned sixteen, well, he’s going to be dangerous a lot sooner than that!”
Second place honors went to Zydis Browning, of Accoville, West Virginia, and third place went to the Concords, of Patriot, Ohio. Fourth position went to Melinda “Kitten” Tunnell, of Bandy, Virginia. Congratulations to all winners.
